So… I got the film photos back and im very pleased. Not of the shots are winners but there’s a few really good ones. Which is a plus plus since these two rolls were on a very cheap film. Unfotunately this german camera shop charges 5 euro to develop plus 5 euros just to scan the photos to a disk and their scans are pretty low resolution. So looks like i will be buying an Epson negative scanner next…..good new is i will be shooting in film more often. Bad news is… A pigeon shitted on my shirt while i was looking at the pics so now im wandering downtown with no shirt on like a crazy person….nonetheless im still happy
Ps security xrays scans at the airport for carry ons did not effect the film and i had to go thru like 4 times.
Went back to my roots and it feels good to shoot in film again. I cant help but feel like a World War II sniper because every shot costs and counts. After each shot you have to cock back and wind the film like a rifle bolt. Where as with a digital camera you are Rambo holding a machine gun with unlimited ammo lol…
